All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered to you.

Exceptions
We will only consider a refund if:

• Your license key was never delivered
• You were charged twice for the same subscription

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in a permanent hardware ban and the dispute being contested with full evidence.
